To all our valued customers,

Coronavirus has changed our way of living in a way we would not have imagined.

As a company, we have consciously taken the decision to not allow fear to guide us, but rather follow sensible advice. To this end, we are taking continuous responsible action to reduce the spread of SARS-CoV-2.

We are keeping our studio open as long as is allowed and continue to work on our projects. Where it is possible, staff that can are working from home.

Our on-line shop remains active and we have been re-assured by our suppliers they are able to fulfill deliveries to us. We are excited to launch our next spring / summer collection on-line. As we are unable to have the Launch in the studio we would like to offer a 15% discount on all products for two weeks instead.

Delivery to our clients are with Parcelforce who have also re-assured us that home delivery is continuing, however, they will take precautions when someone is in self-isolation or has COVID-19. The delivery person will be able to sign for delivery on your behalf.

Our hearts go out to those who are sick and the vulnerable; we wish them well. If there is anything we can do to help ease this burden please do get in touch, even if it is just a phone-call for a chat. Alternatively we can arrange for a ‘Zoom Meeting’ on-line.

We also would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the health service, and the shops and pharmacies who are serving us on a daily basis.
We wish you all the best for the coming months and hope you will stay safe and healthy.
